CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 

CANCELLATIONS❌ 

Cancellation of your order will be accepted if an item(s) is not shipped. However, you can also return item and refund will be initiated by our[CaseCue Company] side.

 

RETURNS↩️ 

In case if you are found any defective piece or wrong item(s) then you can easily return item(s) to us within 7 days. After 7 days we do not accept exchange or return request.

 

To return your product, you can simply share an unboxing video and drop a request at support@casecue.in

Please note that:

- Item must not have obvious used signs

- Pack it back well as you got it

 

REFUNDS💰

Once we received your return request then we will notify you by replying that either we have approved or rejected your return request. Once your return request approved then we provide your refund as credits equal to order amount which you can use to buy any item(s) in our store.

Note: Refund will be initiated within 2 working days.

If wrong item(s) ordered by you, In this case shipping charges may apply for both your returns and new exchange order.

Only on your first order, you are eligible for Cashback offer on Online payments.

Please note that we do not accept return or exchange request for SALE Items.

 

EXCHANGES 🔄 

If you don’t like the appearance of your item, you can exchange your item by dropping a mail at support@casecue.in

 

SHIPPING🚚

Time taken by shipment depends on where you live. Please note that Shipping cost non-refundable.

In case if you shipping your item(s) to us we recommend using traceable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
